I can't believe it's been over a month since I've entered a challenge. I was away for a bit but even though I've been making lots of cards I haven't been playing along in many challenges.
So, here's my card for the Paper Players Challenge # 134. It's a cute sketch idea that helped me create a card from an idea I had seen a while ago; unfortunately I can't give credit as I didn't note where I saw it.
The supplies are all Stampin' Up!, except for the bird cage and the platinum ink it is stamped in. The bird builder punch was used with Marina Mist card stock. The Stampin' Around wheel called Music Notes is in Basic Grey, as is the sentiment from Tiny Tags that was punched with the Jewellery Tag punch. The twine is Island Indigo, the button is Marina Mist and a couple of tiny pearls finish it off. Here is a close-up of the bird.
Thanks for stopping by!
Tiz.
I love your card, especially the blue bird. I am your newest follower and I look forward to visiting often.
ReplyDeleteSo sweet! I wouldn't have thought to use it, but the twine really brings the whole things together. Thank you for playing along with The Paper Players this week.
